We are a full-service Aventon e-bike retailer and repair shop, offering:

✔️ Warranty service, even if you purchased your Aventon e-bike elsewhere

✔️ Tune-ups for all Aventon E-Bikes

🔧 We exclusively service Aventon brand e-bikes.

E-Bike Tune-Up Packages: Recommended every year or every 700-1200 miles.

✔️ Frame & component inspection

✔️ Cleaning & inspection of derailleur, cassette, and chain (on-bike)

✔️ Headset, bottom bracket, & hub inspection (lubed if necessary)

✔️ Brake adjustments & rotor inspection/straightening

✔️ Derailleur adjustment

✔️ Fastener check, all bolts checked, tightened

✔️ Chain lubrication

✔️ Tire air pressure check

Includes everything in “The Black Bear” plus:

✔️ Complete removal & deep cleaning of drivetrain, chain, and components

✔️ Lubrication for all drivetrain components

• Some services may require extra labor, such as brake bleeds, pad replacement, cable replacements, or hub overhauls.

• If additional costs apply, we’ll communicate with you first for approval.

• Excessively dirty bikes may incur an extra cleaning charge.

🚴 Flat Fix: $30 front tire and $55 for back tire (plus cost of a new tube if needed)

🚴 Tire Sealant Install: $30 per tire includes slime and installation

⚙️ Derailleur Adjustment & Hanger Straightening: $30

🛑 Hydraulic Brake Bleed: $35 per brake (includes fluids)

🚴 Brake Adjustment: $20 (brake pads sold separately)

🛑 Brake Pad Replacement: $20 per set (brake pads sold separately)

🔩 Front Fork Service (Aventon Bikes Only): $65

📦 Box Bike for Shipment/Airplane: $95 (includes box, packing materials, and labor)

⚙️ Other E-Bike Repairs: $75 per hour

⚙️ Non-Aventon Diagnostic Fee : $175

⚙️ Aventon Diagnostic Fee (out of warranty): $75

🔧 Wheel Truing: $50 per wheel (plus cost of replacement nipples & spokes)
