The Story Behind Montana E-Bikes
Montana E-Bikes is owned by local father/son duo Josh & Matthew Houser. They are passionate about the outdoors and love helping people get the most out of their outdoor experience.
Meet Josh Houser: Josh grew up in Twin Falls, Idaho, where his parents owned Valley Schwinn, a local bike shop.This is where he fell in love with biking and learned the bike business. Josh is a ‘big guy’ adventurer! He has hiked the 80-mile Highline Trail in Utah with llamas, tented his way across Iceland, rafted various rivers, and has camped, hiked, and biked his way around the west. He likes to hike, bike, ski, snowshoe, snowmobile, disc golf, golf, fly fish, and go to music festivals. Josh is best friends with his wife of 29 years, and together they have three adult children and five grandchildren. His greatest joy? Helping others create unforgettable outdoor adventures! 🚴🏔️
Meet Matthew Houser: Matthew grew up in an adventuring family and loves the outdoors. He is a joyful, fun, and wild adventurer who loves creating amazing experiences for others. Matthew and his wife Bethany are avid world travelers and have spent time in 9 different countries since being married. When they are home they love to invest their time in the community, golf, ski, and take walks down to Whitefish Lake for a swim. Bethany is also the proud owner of Bee’s Birth and Doula Services in Whitefish, where she supports families through pregnancy and childbirth. Whether exploring the world or enjoying Montana’s outdoor beauty, Matthew is always looking for ways to share his passion for adventure with others!
